Manager (BBDM).
Primary Location: UK, Germany, Turkey,
Nordic region and other potential European cities.
Employee Status: Regular on commission
basis, leading to Base salary plus commission.

Job Description
N-CIA expects our Business Development Representatives
to be the leaders in their territory. You will
have an assigned geography that has an existing
potential customer base. Our Business Development
Representatives are responsible for new business
development. You will be responsible for growing
our sales through the execution of our plan. You
will gain credibility and learn extensive aviation
product knowledge in a short period of time. You
will be selling aviation High Priced Products.
A Business Development Representative is a highly
regarded position in our company. Position reporting
to the VP of Sales. Through your dedication, commitment
to company philosophies and expectations, you
can expect a very rewarding career. We will train
you and provide leads to help you with sales.
If you feel that your area is a potential airlines
hub or a concentration of airlines, you are closer
to be a successful leader.

growth within the Business Development Representative,
including the opportunity to become a local Branch
Business Development Manager (BBDM) if you are
qualified. As a future BDM you will be paid on
salary, plus commission and you will manage a
full business office financially sponsored by
N-CIA.

Requirements:
. MBA New Business graduates or Business MBA with
experience.
. Aviation knowledge & experience --preferred
but not required.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Presentation and public speaking potentials
is a plus.
. Good computer skills, skills with all the technological
tools for communication and Internet technology
to communicate with N-CIA.
. An international valid driver's license.
. Flexible Passport or international Visa holder,
with the ability to travel.
Love to close the deal.
Paid onsite training: The right candidate
will be trained in our location in Tunis, Tunisia
and in Tozeur-Nefta International Airport to assist
you speed up your sales objective. Training expenses
(travel, hotel accommodations, meals, transfers,
daily allowance...) will be fully paid by N-CIA.
Compensation: Performance-related pay,
on commission basis.
To start, our compensation is on commission basis
only. This position will lead to a permanent position
as a local Branch Business Development Manager
(BBDM), once the desired sales target by N-CIA
is reached.
